The Pinnacle Team at RE/MAX Properties, Inc. is a real estate team that serves the Pikes Peak region. We are a customer service-centered, detail oriented, experienced team here to help you get to the next chapter of your life.
Our team consists of five licensed agents, Carmen Molitor, who is our team lead, Kathy Allen, Emerson Lawrence, Kelly Allen Pantier, and BJ Mahar. We also have two members of our admin team, Jessi Molitor, our Marketing Manager, and Meritte Evans, our Listing Coordinator.
Combined, the team has over 50 years of experience serving clients in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Very knowledgeable of the entire area. Made us felt like we were her only customer and that helping us therefore her only priority. Thoroughly understood the mechanics of home sales: preparation, presentation, inspections, pricing, closing, and so on. Had a wide set of connections in the community to help us get prep done quickly/professionally, and at a reasonable price - which was totally amazing. We were extremely satisfied with using her to help us buy, and then many years later to sell the same home.

LOVE the people! Worked closely with Carmen and Emerson who were fantastic! They listened intently to my wants and did their absolute best to find what I was looking for. They were both attentive and responded to all my numerous calls. Carmen also does things for charity, keeps in contact with clients even after the sale. I like receiving the homeowner helpful hints that they send out quarterly. Carmen is the BEST realtor I've ever worked with and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
